not much mngmnt tells you one thing like your a great employee, turns out its the same speech to most just so you don't complain about raises.

yes and no, if your hourly, your watched like hawk.
legitimate concerns about management are overlooked by a "I have your back...this employee is making waves" lets make life difficult, leave no stone unturned to find ways to fire.
women are always paid less
they say yes but rarely do they have time to cross train

director will yell at you when in the wrong and apologies later for his childish behavior and will site procedures that don't exist to make you think you did something wrong.

Suggestions for improvement
- Corporate should have removed the manufacturing director, as he has just a high school diploma and poor management skills, rules with an iron fist. Follow that by the VP who "hates change"... his words.
What I like about the company
medical benefits and flex time, vacation time is generous 25 days
What I dislike about the company
upper management boys club type of culture, once you learn a particular area, they are reluctant to move you around.
