Are you a Current or Former Employee? Former job since 2015
Suggestions for improvement
- Better management training for primary costs, profits and loss, employee payroll, and overhead, to ensure that the company does not hire too many people, then less layoffs if any.
I like about the employer
Pay was decent.
I dislike about the employer
For a company that trains and promotes loyalty so much to their staff and their clients, especially clients that want to stop service, crystal rock should not lay off quality hardworking employees. The 2015 company wide layoff was a couple months after the sales push where a bunch of new sales reps were hired, trained, sent out into the field to build new clients, then rapidly laid off. That is very bad business practice that a company with a better business bureau rating of an A should not do.
