They work with you when you need time off
I worked at Crystal Run for 4 yrs in the Communications Dept. then transferred to Urgent Care. I would have severe pain in my Legs from an issue I had to have taken care of on my left foot. Although I told them many times I was in pain from the chairs and would have to leave the front desk due to the fact that I would cry hysterically from the pain it was completely I was completely ignored. I even asked if I could go back to my old position only because that office had newer chairs and I could handle the pain. Not to mention that I missed being there. I was told that was not an option.I was scheduled to have a procedure done to remove the issue that caused the pain and one day from sheer pain I blurted out that I wished they would just fire me so I could go on unemployment. Of course a few minutes later I apologized for the outburst explained that I was delirious from pain and did not want to get fired. I was pulled into H.R. and was let go for that statement and for saying ,"Good morning Little Lady" to some employees. Which I apologized for and was no loner saying it. When they called me into the office I was in severe pain at the time as well and didn't realize what was really happening. After a week of no longer having severe pain from the chairs it was then I realized what had happened. I called back to defend myself and was told it was too late. I loved working there when I was not suffering from the pain. Someone once told me over and over that they do not care about you Betty. My reply was yes they do... I guess I was wrong. Not only that I received a call from someone who works there and was told that I was set up by certain people. Would I go back ? Yes, of course but only if it was back in the Communicatins Dept.
