Mixed. Some areas are micromanaged some are set adrift for months. Caught between altruism and desires to be a cut throat capitalistic enterprise.
Teams teams and more teams are formed to move the ball all over the field laterally; however seldomly forward.
cliche corporatism ideals and values are over-communicated and mandated while practical dialog around how to improve and increase efficiency is all but absent
Attitude towards older colleagues
up until recently the company had the highest proportion of long term employees I've witnessed. 20 year veterans were a norm and there were quite a few with 30 & 40 plus years. That little anomaly is being rectified quite systematically and efficiently under the current leadership.
Mixed once again. Depends on the department. Some are worked to the bone while other areas work to their own autonomous schedule.
