Suggestions for improvement
- Better staffing, rehire upper management, more empathy with employees, ability to be taken out of claims queue while in meetings
What I like about the company
People were thankful for you as their adjuster. Most supervisors were knowledgeable and helpful. They paid EXTREMELY well and would give bonuses once a year. Health insurance was amazing, and they also had an employee crisis line.
What I dislike about the company
The management and atmosphere between departments were the biggest issues. Management expected for your workload to increase 100% and expected you get it done without help or complaint. The departments did not value team work. Overall, each employee was extremely overworked and had no help. If there were meetings you're expected to have half your day taken up by them and still expected to get the same amount of work done as if you were at your desk the whole time.
