very poor except if it was to give a star for having a very high turnover of staff then they will receive all five.
No there was never any type of team work but rather continued seperation, lacked honesty.

Overall compensation for your work
I will say compensation is a bit of give and take because of the fact the job requires you to sit at your computer and the only time a break is allowed is at lunch nothing in between which affect health greatly so in hind sight no compensation is not adequate.
Office / Work Environment
Unfortunately there was not proper lighting nor ventilation in the working area the aircondition worked well at my time of employment systems had some glitches that need to be dealt with
limited type of ec friendlyness except for shredding of paper work but that was done for customer privacy.
Family life is never taken into consideration, as well as pressure of losing one Job was often an issue if you dont come out on weekend or stay late on evenings
I believe that the company is but i will add that the section of the company that i have worked with left a not so pleasant taste, with proper managemnt and review of company ethics they will excel better with employees
There was never a risk for or because of financial or organizational restructing but rather because of improper leadership ethics, and review of employee complaints, there was always a fear of employees being fired because never jumping at local management every fancy, so a standard of do or die was the branch culture.
Only wheel chair ramp was in effect
There was never any OSHA training or even bomb threat as was required by management but instead documents given for you to sign saying you received such training, only training provide was about the work functions itself
No the work was not challenging on it own but because of pressure from management.

Suggestions for improvement
- CSC Computer Sciences VOF, needs to reconise that they have hired people as their employees, and often enough majority of them are females with family, which often enough you will find are their most loyal and hard working employee, if there are compalint being logged CSC need to take a more indept serious approach into getting to the root of the issue and not solve it my termination especially in an improper manner, people do get sick and tired, there needs to be some form of incentive and reconition for hard work, all empoyees need to be reviewed that means supervisors and managers as well, training is always welcomed but must include the employee being able to make suggestions and those suggestion being taken seriously remeber the core of a company is it workers, when a complaint is logged, the individuals involed must be brought together to discuss matter at hand privately, and not when a minor empolyee logs complaint against their head they become targeted and then shortly dismissed without recourse. investigations and effective ones at that will show case the core issues, employees work better with incentive and not empty promises in addition to work functions or get togethers events such as sport, diners etc.
What I like about the company
The best I can say about the company is that they dont hire you based upon what you look like, or gender.
What I dislike about the company
the list will be to long and may seem bias, which is actually realistic so i will prefer not to state, basically again I do not know the entire entity of this organization and in hind sight there maybe better working conditions in other countries/ sub organization.
