Suggestions for improvement
- A bonus structure or salary schedule with goals to achieve to earn bonuses should be instituted.
What I like about the company
The immediate supervisors are trusting and supportive.
What I dislike about the company
Upper management is untrusting and unfairly compensates for equal positions. A new hire should not be compensated at a higher rate for an equal position if he/she has less experience in the field.
