Attitude towards older colleagues
While nothing was ever in writing, it was obvious that CSC, at least in my area, were laying off the more senior people and then hiring younger/cheaper people -- either in the US or in India.
Suggestions for improvement
- Communication is poor. EVERYONE was scared for their job (almost always). Training didn't exist. Outsourcing deals were just a lose-lose situation.
What I like about the company
I was employed by them for 18 years.
