Unless you are one of the chosen few, supervisors do not commend employees. The management does not contribute to a work climate of fairness and trust.
Support from management
They do not set realistic targets, make clear or comprehensible decisions and do not involve employees in the decision-making process.
colleagues from different areas do not work well together or interact in an honest and direct manner.
Freedom to work independently
workload is not fairly distributed and area leaders do not have any say in the structuring of their own area of responsibility.
Although there are many meetings, communication is very one sided. Management will inform you that you have not met the number they want. Feed back is not alloted for.
As long as you're part of the in group, nothing to do with race, gender or orientation.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Long-serving colleagues are being ran off.
professional advancement is great as long as you won't be stepping on anyone's toes and they like you personally enough to allow it.
Overall compensation for your work
Pay is average for the feild, always paid on time, track your hours on your own or they will put it in wrong.
Office / Work Environment
Equipment is frequently, missing or not properly working. Computer systems are very out of date.
I don't know, so I guess not.
Vacation days may be taken if someone they like better doesn't want those days. Working hours vary day to day, and can change on your day off so call or go by and check the schedule daily. Families are not taken into consideration. There peer pressure in terms of working hours as well as just flat out being told you will work or have your hours cut as they see fit or you won't work there.
I don't know many employees talk fondly of the company, the ones who do speak of the corporate not the local center.
During slow donation days, expect to have your hours cut very short. And never get overtime, you will get in trouble.
They claim to, but only make enough of an effort to satisfy inspection so they don't get in trouble.
PPE and plenty of it is provided. You have to wear to at all times. No reason for exposure except your own mistake.
The work it's self is easy and repetitive.

The method of achieving business goals, qould be threats to staff. Diverse opinions and ideas supported if your one of the in group.

- Corporate needs to listen to what employee are telling them about management.
