Suggestions for improvement
- Keep promises that are made. Do not tell someone to do a manager job because they'll eventually get the position and pay. It shouldn't take 6+ months after the work starts for you to follow through.
What I like about the company
They're great with maternity/ paternity leave. They allow employees to flex time in some situations. They offer free coffee.
What I dislike about the company
The HR department needs to be revamped. They offer many services, such as employee placement after a contract is lost. However, the transition teams do not offer much help. After the initial intake call, you're lucky to hear back. They don't know about new or current contracts. When a new position comes about, it is usually for 20k less.
