No loyalty for the loyal. Ol timers are being replaced by younger, lower paid hands.
Don't count on a promotion or any training to advance. Not a good company for internal advancement.
Suggestions for improvement
- Treat your money making employees better. We have families to support. It would be nice to make some extra money once in a while.

What I dislike about the company
Per diem is way too low when you can get it. Some jobs that are higher paying, due to contract, have no overtime or per diem at all...BS! No relocation allowance or pay for moving from one job to the next. High out of pocket for insurance.
