Support from management
Employees are there to just do what they are told.
Departments are not interactive, each is separated by upper management.
Suggestions for improvement
- Take a survey from employees and look at ways to improve.
What I like about the company
Their products and quality.
What I dislike about the company
Pay and bonus structure was left up to one individuals opinion. Not based off of real productivity numbers.
