Suggestions for improvement
- Whenever a decision is made, they need to think about how it affects both the instructors and the students, rather than just from a financial standpoint.
What I like about the company
Fabulous colleagues with whom you can work. Compared to the restaurant industry, it has great hours and benefits.
What I dislike about the company
We simply need more time to be good teachers. Need time and support to do research. Too many classes....
