My manager at the time was not a manager. Had no idea how to manage yet he put himself in that position by getting all former employees of the department fired and bit more than he could chew. Not a good person to lead and set us up for failure.
There was teamwork but only within certain "groups" of people that wanted to take the place over. There was no real communication or help when it came to my duties. Only the people who wanted to clique up.
