This is a job that changes from moment to moment and you have to be open to quick changes. It's a go go go job. You don't stop til the job is done.

No they usually don't know what is going to be expected on the job until we get to the event. It is never the same job. It may be the same client but every event is different.
We can only depend on the job we can do because you may have a co-worker help you but they have their job to do and it's easy to get behind when helping others.
