This company will be gone in less than 10 years. They refuse to look outside of the franchisee model to see new ways to grow. Market share is dropping but they will tell you market share is going up because they switched someone from one piece of equipment to another. This company is a fraternity.
None! I was told to tell customers one thing. Once the customer complained loud enough and the challenge escalated upper management would always revert back.
