Suggestions for improvement
- Perhaps offering more recreational opportunities
Changes are being made, but not for the better.
No, they do not have realistic goals. Communications are the poorest I have encountered. Employees are kept out of major decision making.
Hourly employees pretty well work together considering the dysfunctional management.
No, management likes to micromanage.
We are largely in the dark.
The company has more culture than you can possibly imagine. They are so advanced and forward thinking with their ideologies and what they allow.
I never had an issue with management. If I had something arise, they worked with me quickly and efficiently to resolve whatever my issue was.
After just a few minutes of training, I was left to do my job. This sounds bad, but it really isn't. I had a lot of little jobs that were easy to learn and complete. Once I did them a few times, I was good. They trusted me to get the job done.
