Supervisors are NEVER there for you and will team up with other upper management to make you feel inadequate. Zero support / zero constructive criticism
All of them employees (minus management) worked well together.
Level of Autonomy
You will never get say in your department unless you are the supervisor. If you do form an opinion they'll take it as you challenging management.
