Suggestions for improvement
- Communication between departments needs to be more open. The valves seem to be always late, so the upper management needs to listen and the opinion from the machinist. The culture needs to be more relaxed and not so stuffy. It would be nice to have some perks that makes you want to go to work and the pay at least in my department is not good, better pay.
What I like about the company
The health benefits are good and they do have a nice Christmas party.
