No direction for the local market and product categories where business development was needed, no acknowledgment from headquarters in NY that they weren't sufficiently positioned the same as NY in the NE market for areas of business they were looking to penetrate.
Suggestions for improvement
- Listen to what employees are telling you about the barriers to success, do something about it. Don't just stay the same.
