Support from management
Lack in communication skills. Lack of leadership skills. Needs a place to be able to voice concerns without fear of retaliation.
It begins with leadership and employees will follow.

Not enough staff to cover the work load.
Office / Work Environment
We are in thr process of renovating. Prior to this computers, ac, printers and other items were constantly on the fritz. We have however had the computers updated and will soon have renovations done.
In my area family comes first. I can appreciate that. There's no pressure if you need to take off for any reason.
Working here is already a challenge in it self. So leaving everyday from work is a great accomplishment.

Too quick to react instead of gathering all the information and making an educated decision.
Suggestions for improvement
- Communication and leadership skills is of the upmost importance along with professionalism. Without that relationship between management and employees, the customer and the company loses in the end. I would recommend finding a bridge between the two and understanding the process each section of the dealership must go through. Cross training could be a good start. Then each section understands what the other does and may come up with different solutions to make it a better place to work.
What I like about the company
I enjoy my interactions with customers. I live for meeting and helping new people everyday.
