Position Management/executive staff
Bay far the biggest disappointment. Very much a culture of finger-pointing and blame. As a result, no one takes ownership for anything. Also, the constant layoffs and staff reductions/hiring freeze keep morale low.
Support from Management
Complete lack of training and mentoring. Sr Managers are filling in the gaps left from the last round of layoffs and many have little knowledge of the departments they are now forced to oversee.
