They set unrealistic expectations. Every project takes "10 minutes" to complete when in actuality it takes quite a bit longer and they do not factor much time, if any, for customer service. They want you to have all these one on one conversations with all of your employees as well but they do not budget hours to do so.
This is the worst company I have worked for when it comes to training. They don't seem to care if someone is trained properly. The number one concern is payroll budget. No flex is given for training, at least not for non-pharmacy employees.
