Leadership is not approachable. The only time there is interaction is when there is a problem to be resolved in your personal performance.
Too diverse, only the minorities are well recognized and even promoted within the company. There is no balance in the work force.
Suggestions for improvement
- Training should be proactive and not retroactive. While I understand that some training must be retroactive, CVS Health soul mind set of training is retroactive. Things are not well thought out in training and planning processes and the employees and customer base suffer because of it. If you see that one style of training is not working well, then the logical conclusion should be to change it. CVS Health doesn't grasp this concept at all. It only addresses an issue after it has become more severe. There are no methods of trying to circumvent issues that is clear and logically seen throughout the work environment.
