Customers first (that's expected), product first, staff last. Too many demands and not enough time given and staff to fulfill demands.
Support from Management
Being truthful isn't complaining or meant to hurt anyone- it's feedback.
This staff works well overall- but improvements are necessary too.
Level of Autonomy
Needs much more clear,concise and consistent communication.
