Suggestions for improvement
- 1. Stop hiring more and more senior staff 2. Promote from within 3. Pay Raises 4. Return to Paid Leave with Paid Sick Days 5. Reward long term employees for staying after lower salaries, long work days, etc..
What I like about the company
The general employee base are easy to work with in most cases
What I dislike about the company
No pay raises, no company motivation, limited communication of up-coming changes, constant changes to policies, constant feeling of not being welcome at functions and meetings
