The management is quick to praise and pass on any customer praise that has come in. As mentioned earlier, communication is lateral and you are free to contact anyone as high up as you feel the need to take an issue. If your direct supervisor is unavailable for any reason you're free to go above their head and no hard feelings or repercussions are felt.
Support from Management
In the field service arena, there is a lot of personal responsibility required of the technicians, but there is also a high degree of trust on the part of supervisors and upper management. Upper management is accessible and techs are free to contact them for any reason they feel necessary and they have your back. Nobody gets thrown under the bus here!
