Suggestions for improvement
- Higher pay and more options in language work with seniority.
Colleagues want to work together but are actively discouraged by management.
mixed messages and no information was standard fare.
Not enough space in cubicles for teaming as interpreters, technology was poor at best.
The work can be quite challenging, unfortunately the lack of administrative support causes additional difficulties that are unwarranted.
Management will only try to keep you so their numbers look good and will make it clear that's the only reason.
Teamwork is not even a word that is mentioned much less put in to practice
You would make more working fast food
Sadly I had not one thing to list in the like section and more to say in the dislike than time. Management is uneducated, lazy, not at all people centered, and only looking out for themselves not even their coworkers.
