Support from management
The management team would turn on each other then turn on us as an outlet to vent they're anger.
Communication was not existing..
Unless your one of the "Good Ol boys" and socialize outside of the job with the supervisors, IE hunting,fishing,drinking, then you will not move up the ladder.
Our recycling department was very efficient
12 hour a day ,or night .,minimum of 60 hours a week is NOT GOOD FOR THE FAMILY.
Our former safety leader put in place many new safety regulations to ensure we went home the same way we came in.
You do have the opportunity to learn as much about the carbon fiber business as you like,as long as you dont make a supervisor upset,then its back to the beginning.
Suggestions for improvement
- Completely start over with a new plant manager,and ALL new supervisors. .Create a positive work environment instead of the "Motivate thru Humiliation " its not working.

Very weak management, human resource is not there to assist,only to harrass,and belittle.
