Suggestions for improvement
- Entire staff needs re-tooled or replaced.
What I like about the company
Paid a fair wage in line with rest of industry.
What I dislike about the company
Lack of communication with their drivers. Constantly waiting until the last minute to do anything considering load planning. Zero support factor from office staff throughout all departments and company policy seems to be do as little as possible and leave the rest up to the drivers. Very quick to point the finger at everyone else when things go awry. Fails to correct Hours of Service time conflicts in load planning and usually just re-dispatches loads that are questioned to less-aware drivers instead of changing p/u and/or delivery times.
