Support from management
Organization is very fly-by-the-seat-of-your-pants; planning is not the norm; Semi-Draconian leadership overall, but the company is successful, so...
Colleague to Colleague works well; Worker to Management; not so well
Freedom to work independently
There is none; everything comes down from the top - everything.
We receive org results and are giving the tools to complete our assigned tasks
Attitude towards older colleagues
The organization staff is generally under 30-years old
Overall compensation for your work
Wages DO NOT match the responsibilities and cost of living raises / performance wage increases / bonuses are non-existent, at least for the time I was there
Office / Work Environment
The office is nice; great location; new equipment, etc.
Very locally conscious; female - minority owned company
I don't generally hear positive feedback from my colleagues about their jobs or the company
Well; let me just say - 50% staff turnover in 2-years - I never felt job security
They would have to legally, however, there were no disabled staff
Yes to part A
No to part B
I like the work I do and the end results
Inclusive / Diverse
Yes; and No
The company talks the talk; however, walking the walk is not always the follow through
Suggestions for improvement
- Trust your employees; you hired them for a reason, the constant over the shoulder management style got old fast.
