Suggestions for improvement
- Delegate decision making to the lower level business leaders that actually understand the business. Functional Support Groups like Legal, HR, Credit, Finance, Marketing are SUPPORT groups and as such should not be telling the business unit leaders how to run their business.
- The HR Department is the most unprofessional team I've worked with in my 22 years of employment. Other than the Senior Director and one regional HR Leader in the North East, this is the most arrogant, incompetent and downright unprofessional group I've ever seen (a widely held view across all of the business units). This being said, the Executive Team would be wise to top grade the entire department minus the 2 members mentioned previously.
