Suggestions for improvement
- Look closer at all of your employees to determine who really is doing all the work, who's taking credit for it, and who's creating a lot of unnecessary drama. A greater understanding of the people that basically devote their lives to you could go a long way.
I like about the employer
There are very kind, hardworking people at Dailey which make the work worthwhile.
I dislike about the employer
There is a lot of gossip, poor management, and very little job security.
