Very poorly and difficult to work
No, DTNA leadership team doesn't communicate clear goals and don't involve employees in the decisions.
NO, is very hard because managers do not set a good example. The main issue is that the company and managers don’t welcome or care about diversity in the workplace. For example if an employee at DTNA want to move to a manager, engineer, or higher position and this employee comes from other country besides Germany or USA; this employee must have a prove of high level education. On the other hand if the employee is German or from USA; this employee can get any high position jobs or get promoted very easy even without High School diploma.
