Support from management
There never seems to be enough management yet employee workforce suffers.
There seems to be a high level of communication breakdown between management and employees.
They don't recognize the difference between a formal education and a person that has plenty of experience and has been a loyal employee.
Yes as far as safety goes.

- Better management up the ladder and wiser board members.

They overwork most employees yet there are plenty of management and asistants.
