Politics and mismanagement run amuck. Employees do what they want and don't do what they don't want no matter what they are told.
Support from management
No support, No training!
They don't know the meaning of the word! Parts employees do no more than they have to do.
Communication by email only with no follow up to compliance!

Employees allowed to play music loud interfering with work.
Ha Ha....Parts probably goes through 3 cases of paper a day most for unused reports that are stored and never used.
Miserable atmosphere to be in!
Wholesale parts has terrible image....losing good customers at rate far faster than new ones can be added.
I guess any job is secure if there is no enforcement of rules!
Warehouse exits blocked with parts and pallets. Fire inspector would have a field day!
There is no challenge.

What I like about the company
Lax rules, no enforcement makes for inmates running the asylum atmosphere.
