Suggestions for improvement
- Eliminate all intermediate ranks between the Superintendent and the Principals. Limit Principal's authority and power to decide over teacher's lifetime in addition to the working hours.
What I like about the company
Every year the working environment gets worse, more pressures, more absurd demands and excessive useless requirements, meetings and low grade training courses for teachers.
What I dislike about the company
A total lack of communication between leadership and teachers. Everything in the organization works to make the higher ranks look good and all blame for everything that could go wrong always goes to teachers.
