Support from management
The office manager is related to one of the physicians, and is basically a warm butt in a chair. Pretty useless.
Suggestions for improvement
- Get rid of the nepotism, and hire people who care about the quality of work they do, and not just a brother or niece who does nothing, but has no fear of being fired.
What I like about the company
90 minute lunches were a plus.
