Suggestions for improvement
- Provide more training for new hires to set them for success not a frustration. Explain how credit dep-t work so it's easier for new hires to sell. Make a clear path for advancement and do follow up on employees' asking for a feedback. Make a habit for managers to follow on each employee review, at least every 6 month. Make sure to Come up with a wellness program, so employees can take their frustrations off at the gym and not in workplace during holidays. There should be a better recognition program for yearly sales goal.
