There was rarely any positive feed back. There was however much criticism, often quite loud.
Support from management
There was no leadership support, it wasn't allowed.
Teamwork was discouraged since your position was tenuous, your team could vanish quickly.
Freedom to work independently
There was little or no autonomy and your best bet was to just keep your head down and stay under the radar.
No flow of information.
Office / Work Environment
Much of the work was in construction trailers with noise and interruptions or in the small main building which also was noisy with interruptions.
Socially unaware and disinclined to make positive changes.
Work life balance was ok
In the beginning, yes. Times and products changed.
Inclusive / Diverse
Selectively inclusive and diverse.
Suggestions for improvement
- I don't think that input would be welcome or even considered.
What I like about the company
The customers and a few long term friendships that I formed while working there that have continued.
What I dislike about the company
One year there was a 95% voluntary quit rate. That did not include the knee-jerk firings that probably exceeded the voluntary figures. You walked on egg shells and just waited for the next one to drop.
