There was rarely any positive feed back. There was however much criticism, often quite loud.
Support from Management
There was no leadership support, it wasn't allowed.
Teamwork was discouraged since your position was tenuous, your team could vanish quickly.
Level of Autonomy
There was little or no autonomy and your best bet was to just keep your head down and stay under the radar.
