Casual environment. Husband owner is a nice person but hardly showers. It's best to stay a few feet away.
Little to no training. Not much direction from owners and staff. Products aren't priced or in the system.
Between the owners and sales staff they offer an okay bonus structure. However, sales are stolen and commission for sales are only given where they see fit and have a limit.
The owners husband and wife don't see eye to eye. Directions from both are usually different. The wife is extremely difficult to work with and please.
They will occasionally hire older workers to work part time for about $10 an hour with no benefits.
Company is small limiting any chances or moving up with the company or even consideration for a raise.
Company offers no overtime. You may work overtime, double time but you won't get compensated for it. Sales are stolen between staff and owners and credit is not given when needed. You will get over worked and feel under appreciated.
The air conditioning doesn't work well throughout the shop. Smell of decay from the vents was detected and cleaning crew is there only once a month to throw out trash and clean the barely working toilets.
This place is not run well on many levels. Poor management, stealing sales, lack of inventory or products.
They have a high turnover rate. They also want you to work overtime with no overtime pay. Regardless if your working 6-7 days in a row working or prepping for a tradeshow.
Workplace conditions were not so good. OSHA was called for rats and paint chemical smell as shop is not well ventilated.
This place is often challenging and stressful. Inventory is off, Products are usually on back order and customers rarely get contacted from staff on order status.
Stressful, no support from management or proper training
The owners hardly see eye to eye. Different directions from both wife and husband owners. The wife is extremely difficult to work with and condescending.
They occasionally hire temp help for $10 an hour for a lot of work and no air conditioning.
No overtime is offered for employees. Regardless if you have to work more for a tradeshow. They only want to pay hourly, regardless if working 9+ hours a day and 6-7 days a week. This mom and pop shop will over work you till your dry and exhausted for all your efforts.
This company offers a bogus bonus program for sales commission. Sales get stolen between the owners and other sales people. No credit is given for commission, only where they see fit.
They have a huge turn over rate with no place to move up in the company, getting a raise is on impossible. They don't pay for any overtime either. They will have you sign a contract.
The conditions maybe improving as the company was reported by OSHA this year. This is fact, rats, cleaning crew is there about once a month. Little initiative from staff to keep bathrooms and that they supposed call a breakroom clean.
