Managers need to follow company culture and be willing to work FOR and understand their employees for results
The company pushes the culture, but it seems like management doesn't really follow it.
Managers seem too be only about themselves for the most part, and don't do things properly all the time.
It gets stressful during busy hours, but if you can multitask it isn't too bad.
Inclusive / Diverse
They value diversity in the sense of race, but i feel like not so much in opinions.
Suggestions for improvement
- I would make stricter criteria for hiring or promoting to managers, as well as giving more lower level workers options to climb in the company.
What I like about the company
I have met a lot of great people in the restaurant. Turnover is high, but we meet a lot of new and interesting people. Sometimes we also have very relaxed work days, or even some work parties where we will get food for reaching certain goals in the company.
What I dislike about the company
I disapprove of the managers not following the company's core beliefs, even though they stress them a lot. There also seems to be a bit of secrecy among the managers and distrust between each of them which leads to a lot of issues.
