Suggestions for improvement
- Accountability, level higher education should be seen as a stepping sto e into management positions rather than solely on howmmong one has been there. Creetivity fro all work groups and ability to be autonomous with flexbility.
What I like about the company
If you work at headquarters your able to advance be included, autonomy and confidientaaity are respected and creativity is welcomed.
What I dislike about the company
Nepotism, advancement is an elusive. Ideal for those who are handpicked, and accountability for departments that are not at DART headquarters are not only unethically managed but corruption is definitley alive and well.
