Their culture? Well, they look for ways to fire you the day they hire you. I've worked for several companies and never have I seen this. It doesn't matter what your job is, how good you do it, they look for excuses to let you go.
Support from management
Nonexistent! No support from any management. Dispatch doesn't support the drivers, shop management doesn't support mechanics. The only personnel supported are a select few.
Yes, teamwork exist. The upper and middle management will work together to protect those who do nothing but stand around and do nothing but watch videos on their phone.
Nonexistent. They will put a new policy in place and keep it secret until it's violated then they let you know about it.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Their attitude for older people "Get rid of them!"
Office / Work Environment
Poor. Their would be company provided lunches but only a select few would get to eat. Not just the management but a select few of the other people (workers) would get to eat lunch.
The so called "safety department" don't have a clue about safety in the workplace.
Suggestions for improvement
- I would start with the upper management. Get rid of the one person who thinks yelling at the middle managers is a way to get things done.
What I like about the company
Nothing. I went to work everyday expecting to get terminated.
What I dislike about the company
Upper and middle management. Upper management calls and yells at the middle management, the middle manager won't stand up for himself or the people under him because he doesn't want to loose his job.
