No culture just clock watch mismanaged production and clock out.
Support from management
Aweful, management related to most employees and keep up drama. Also use position yo terminate good workers or people of non relation based on personal perception
Team work is highlighted only when over time is not ordered. Supervisor just walk around with the ready to fire vibe. Managers don't speak to workers especially the top ranking. Very hostile environment when owner and managers are on floor.
Freedom to work independently
Non, only when Hyundai is upset. Then workers are scorned about issues they can't control do to bad management skills.
They do focus on safety.
Work not hard or challenging. Its the mismanaged and oversight of useless workers that makes job hard.
What I like about the company
Its open door policy, but you still have to watch what you report. Retaliation is popular depending on who is related to who.
What I dislike about the company
To many family members and friends. They turn over rate is awful do to management not being paid any attention from cooperate
