Support from management
I would get calls from management until 10 sometimes 11pm during Hedis. For no emergency related questions. I would get very little support when there were problems in the field. It was difficult to work with a company that care very little about field employeess
When placed with co workers at a site it would be chaotic and unorganized.
Not having a set schedule and management calling at irregular hours is hard to handle
