Support from Management
It was like the blind leading the blind. I knew more then my manager and coached him how to run a collections dept, set goals and make the dept profitable and in the end he took credit for my ideas and hard work.
Suggestions for improvement
- HR and upper management need to open their eyes and understand why they lose alot of good employees. Find the common denominator and eliminate it
I dislike about the employer
Managers are able to lie and scheme and take advantage of employees. When that person complains because they are doing the work of more than 1 person they act offended and find a sneaky way to "coach" you out but allow others that watch TV and nap at their desk to stay. Very clicky and dishonest and HR always backs the managers and perform only a 1 sided investigation.
