Upper management does not commend other employees. Work climate is not of fairness or trust it is dealt more with intimidation.
Support from management
Do not make clear and comprehensible decisions. Do not know how to solve conflicts with equal fairness. Do not address harassment issues. Give favouritism to children and nephews of supervisors even when they have legitimate reasons to be terminated. Terminate employees without any sort of counseling or warning. Do not provide proper training for employees. Private employee information is not protected and it is available to office employees. Intimidation when asked to use vacation days or sick days available. No respect towards employees from upper management.
Employees with higher senority do not work well with new employees. Supervisors/leads do not provide assistance to the newer employees. Office employees harass newer employees and upper management does not address harassment issues or concerns. Walk in applicants are not provided with applications only hire family members or friends of current employees. Supervisors/leads only allow overtime to their family members. Stealing of personal things between employees and management does not address the issue.
Freedom to work independently
Employees do not have a say in the structuring of their area of responsibility. Workload is not distributed fairly. Office manager will assign their own responsibilities to other office employees and not credit the employee completing the job duties. Shop leads/supervisors will only distribute work between their own family members.
Female employees returning from maternity leave are disadvantaged.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Senior workers are not hired.
There is no professional advancement because it is a family owned business and family members do not allow it. There is no further training and the company does not support work schedule arrangements so employee can attend college or ocupational center
Overall compensation for your work
Wages do not match responsibilities. Do not give employees raises in wages as they improve. They do offer benefits. Yes, salaries are paid on time.
Office / Work Environment
Work building is okay. Bathrooms are kept in very poor condition.
There is a lot of intimidation at the time of requesting vacation days. Family emergencies are not kept in consideration. There is a lot of peer pressure in terms of working hours overtime is not optional it is almost mandatory.

Job is not stable they will terminate without counseling or warning.
They do not provide accessibility options.
They do not comply with OSHA standards they only line up things when they have an inspection or auditing.
There is no motivation into taking pride in completed work.

What I like about the company
It is very hostile work environment, nothing to like after you start to take notice of things.
What I dislike about the company
Harassment, unfairness, intimidation, favoritism, hostile work environment, unprofessional.
