Upper management does not commend other employees. Work climate is not of fairness or trust it is dealt more with intimidation.
Support from management
Do not make clear and comprehensible decisions. Do not know how to solve conflicts with equal fairness. Do not address harassment issues. Give favouritism to children and nephews of supervisors even when they have legitimate reasons to be terminated. Terminate employees without any sort of counseling or warning. Do not provide proper training for employees. Private employee information is not protected and it is available to office employees. Intimidation when asked to use vacation days or sick days available. No respect towards employees from upper management.
