Though the mission is great, the leadership is very old fashioned and men centric.
In most departments teamwork is recognized and supported.

Generally yes, though leadership is not aware of all that is going on.
Information is given on a need to know basis. This does not allow for good synergy.

Very man centric in some departments, but not all.
Only offered to a certain few.

The image by most is good. But there is a factor of fear of getting laid off due to the many changes.

No the main listening to ideas or suggestions for change are only listed to by a certain few.
Suggestions for improvement
- To listen to All employees and value each person as a contributor. More collaboration less hierarchy.
What I like about the company
The organization has a rich history and values the history. It also has many assets and is globally involved in the Church around the world.
What I dislike about the company
Reporting a bad temper of a man is looked at as a problem for the person who is the target, and you are told to ignore it not stand up for yourself.
