No trust from employees to management not sure what goals are and where company is going
Support from management
Upper and peer management has a reactionary style of management not proactive style little or no communication- only when something is wrong or happens to effects them directly no customer thought process for long term.
Some managers are on same page others are frightened of what they can or can not do.
Freedom to work independently
Always have to worry about what they will do diff next week
No feedback on positive results only when it cost them something do you here from them. No coaching, input, or meetings of regularity
Just to keep the manufacturer satisfied
Overall compensation for your work
Not for industry standard around area. Run short staff on regular bases no fordward thinking toward future business or employees
Office / Work Environment
Outdated and old no monies input into facilities or departments
Overall a little better than others. Hours range between stores
Yes happens on regular basis
It is expected to do you job but would never know if doing good or bad communication big issue
Suggestions for improvement
- Have all department managers meeting weekly or bi-weekly Listen to your employees regarding new and different proses sew Try something new Stop looking at everything as monetary outcome look at long term goals
What I like about the company
Christmas eve closed
Only to 2:30 on saturday
What I dislike about the company
Lack of upper management trust and communication
No decision right or wrong without fear of being shunned
Disconnect for your skills and abilities on how to do something just because of fear of the past.
Outdated mentality on basic and daily operational processes.
