No trust from employees to management not sure what goals are and where company is going
Support from management
Upper and peer management has a reactionary style of management not proactive style little or no communication- only when something is wrong or happens to effects them directly no customer thought process for long term.
Some managers are on same page others are frightened of what they can or can not do.
